Processing and delivery timeframes
We aim to process your order as soon as possible within standard working hours. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation. During holiday periods, processing of orders may delay and we ask you to allow a minimum of 3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, or transit delays. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Click and Collect - Studio Store
Our free click and collect service for online orders is available through our Berlin Studio Store. Simply select this option at the checkout when confirming your order online and we will process it for collection within one day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to collect.
Call and Collect - Studio Store
We are also offering Call & Collect through our Studio Store. If you have seen something online, and would prefer to collect it from our store, simply call us, so we check availability and prepare for your pick up.

Missing Parcels
It is important you fill in your shipping address correctly when ordering. About Companions cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. We recommend that you provide a secure daytime delivery address, such as a workplace, for your order as a signature and/or the recipient’s name is required upon delivery. Please let us know if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame so that we can lodge a query with the relevant shipping provider.
